Jacqueline brings over twenty years of global multi-product investments, transactions, and risk management expertise across early-to-late-stage life science private and public companies.
Before founding her own practice, Ms. Blechinger played a formative role at GE Capital, where she helped build the life sciences financial services risk management business. This included underwriting, portfolio management, documentation, loss mitigation and recovery capabilities. She instituted strategic fund investments, negotiated proprietary deal flow relationships, and led groundbreaking global, multi-product transactions. For over a decade, Ms. Blechinger closed and managed more than 80 transactions across debt and equity through various market cycles. Previously, at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Corporate Business Development, she closed worldwide transactions in three therapeutic areas exceeding $1B. Ms. Blechinger also worked at The CIT Group in Ventures and Equity Investments, where she co-invested in early-to-mid-stage life science and device investments and served as a Board Observer for middle-market mezzanine and equity-like investments. She began her career as a corporate finance associate engaged in private placement, M&A, IPO, and secondary assignments at the NYC boutique Prime Charter Ltd., Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Ms. Blechinger holds an AB from Dartmouth College, an MFA from Cornell University School of Architecture, Art, and Planning, is a Skowhegan alumna, and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
